Huila region is situated in the southwest reagion of Colombia.
Thanks to its strategic position perfect for coffee rowing (river valley, altitude, cloud filtering direct sunlight, rain cycles and volcanic soil) this region had the chance to develop a very high reputation in producing high quality coffee.
The coffee we propose grows in the mountains at 1400 – 1700 m.a.s.l. with an average temperature slightly under 20 Celsius.
This is a bland of coffees varieties (Caturra, Castillo, Castillo Tambo, Cenicafe and Colombia) produced by 90 families and processed by a fully washed techniquefor 24/48 hours.
