About the Farm
Paiolinho Farm is located on the Lambari-Heliodora Road in Lambari, Minas Gerais. The proprietor inherited 4.24 hectares in 1993 and began cultivating coffee. They expanded their land by acquiring an additional 11.70 hectares in 1996. Over the years, they owned a Volkswagen Gol and later a tractor. In 2013, they entered into a partnership to purchase the Rocinha Farm. In 2019, they exchanged the Rocinha Farm for the Campos Farm and the Capelinha Farm. The Paiolinho Farm produces approximately 475 coffee sacks annually and also supplies milk, eggs, and poultry for personal consumption.
